When using a phone with Android, you will need the app「Adobe Acrobat Reader」（Free).
Please make sure to download and install the app before downloading the online form.

From The Messiah Challenge page Tap the Download button on the Digital (Smartphone) tab to start downloading the form.

A PDF file will open automatically when the download is complete. Tap “…” in the upper right corner.

Tap「Open with…」

Choose「Adobe Acrobat」

You will be able to view and input directly on the form.
Tapping the form will allow you to input the answers.

* When zooming, tap the answer box once before zooming.
Your progress will be saved automatically when you close the file.

To open the saved file, select “File Manager” from the home screen.

Tap the “Downloads” folder.

Tap the downloaded file to open it.
